橋	橋本泰征 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遠方からの引っ越しで相談させていただきました。最初からメールのやりとりなどのレスポンスが早く、物件の候補なども数多く提案していただけました。提案していただいた物件も、こちらの要望をしっかりと聞いていただけていると認識できるレベルの物が多かったです。さらに、スーモやアットホームなど大手サイトにも載っていないような物件で、要望が揃っているようなものも沢山紹介していただきました。遠方なので気軽に内見出来なく困っていたのですが、こちらが気になると言った物件は、動画などを直接撮りに行ってくださり、内見しなくても部屋の間取りや外の状態などが凄くわかりやすかったです。最終的に内見の予約をして、来店しましたが、担当していただいた方もとても感じがよく、話している中でこちらの要望で特に重要視してるものや、実際には要望に出しているけれど要らないのでは？といった相談や提案もしていただけました。2日間で内見と申請までしましたが、1日目で内見した物件からも、こちらが重要視している事などを的確に汲み取り、2日目にはもっと良い物件の提案と内見をさせていただけました。結果的に提案していただいた物件が1番良く、とても素晴らしい不動産会社に出会えたと思っています。ここであれば、知人友人や家族にもおすすめしても良いと言える程に良かったです。 I consulted about moving from afar.
