吾	吾妻晶子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年ぶりに、ホットヨガ　ガルバさん主催の108回太陽礼拝に参加しました。楽しく優しいインストラクターの指導の元に不安だったけれど、やり切る事が出来、達成感いっぱいです。お寺での開催、クリスタルボウルの音色にも癒されました。終了後のお茶とお菓子も美味しかったです。また、来年も参加したいです。 For the first time in two years, I participated in the 108th sun salutation sponsored by Hot Yoga Garba. I was worried under the guidance of a fun and gentle instructor, but I was able to finish it and I feel a sense of accomplishment. I was healed by the sound of the crystal bowl held at the temple. The tea and sweets after the end were also delicious. I also want to participate next year.
