インストラクターのmidori先生がいつも笑顔で指導してくれます。
なんといっても先生の動きが優雅でキレイなので、見ているだけで上手くなるヒントを沢山もらえると思います。
ローラーを使ったピラティス（FRP）も指導してもらえるので、お勧めのスタジオです。
 I have been indebted to Pilates for a long time since I started.
The instructor, midori-sensei, always smiles and teaches me.
After all, the teacher's movements are graceful and beautiful, so I think you can get a lot of hints to improve just by looking at them.
Pilates (FRP) using rollers is also taught, so it is a recommended studio.
