o	ohkubo Masao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遊びに行った訳ではないですが、車のタイヤがバーストしてしまい停めるところもなく探していたところ、スワンレーク長柄さんが見えたので停めさせてもらいました。従業員？の方に理由を説明したところいいですよ‼️どうぞ停めておいてください！と言って頂きました。とても助かりました❗ ありがとうございました。皆さん優しいかたです。食事もできるので皆さんも伺ってみてください。 I didn't go out to play, but when I was looking for a place to stop because the tires of the car burst, I saw Mr. Swan Lake Nagasara, so I stopped. employee? Y	Yuichi Tuba (YuichiTuba) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約サイトで部屋の構造の説明が足りませんでした。「ホテル」というより、合宿施設に近いものでした。個室内は改装されていたので比較的綺麗でしたが、掃除が行き届いているとは言えませんでした。特に掛け布団カバーが選択されてないのが明らかでした（血液の付着があった、残り香があった）。あと、シャワーヘッドからのお湯の出かたが独特で、肌に当たると痛かったです（水圧を下げるとお湯が出なくなる）。そういう点から、宿泊費が高かったと感じます。スタッフの対応は悪くなかったです。宿泊施設とは関係ないですが、Google Maps のナビがカーブの多い田舎道を案内したために、予定より２倍近くの時間がかかりました。大通りを通る道を選んだ方が確実に安全に早く行けます。 The reservation site did not have enough explanation of the room structure. It's not related to the accommodation, but it took almost twice as long as planned because the navigation of Google Maps guided the country road with many curves. It is definitely safer and faster to choose the road that goes through the main street.
t	toshiaking camp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一泊利用させていただきました結果めっちゃ良かった！リーズナブルだが部屋もキレイだし、色々と広い！家族で楽しめました～プールのスライダーも写真で見るより、とても楽しく遊べます！＊注意点とちょっと気になる点 ①プールのにごりについて(水中めがねで水中を見ると濁っています) ・プールから出た後、白系の水着はバスクリンのような色に変色します。帰宅後、洗剤を使用してもみ洗いで落ちましたが、新品の水着だったので、部屋に戻ったときにめちゃめちゃ不安になりました。・プールの清掃不足によるコケか何かが原因です。昔のプールのバイト時代に高圧洗浄機で汚れを落としたことがありますが、同じ汚れにしか思えませんでした。・水温が水というより、お湯に近かったです。 ②お風呂・とても広いのですが、浴槽の匂いなのかお湯の匂いなのかはわかりませんが、独特な匂いがします。わかる人にはわかりますが、田舎の土間の匂いがします・窓の外をみて露天あるの！？ってテンションあがりますが、露天はありませんの張り紙で、あっ…てなります。上手く、安く工夫をされて素晴らしい演出をされておりますので、全体的には大満足でしたが、上記の部分が改善されますと、更に良かったかなと思います。対応もよく、快適に過ごせたので、苦言のようになってしまい申し訳ないのですが、他のお客さんも同じような事を感じるかと思い、情報共有とさせていただきました。でも、また利用してみたいです次はバーベキューも利用したいです I used it overnight The result was really good! 田	田中傑 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの皆様の対応がよく子供が伸び伸びも遊べる空間を提供してくれます。食事はないですが、隣接したフードコートで食事を取ることも、出来ますしバーベキュー場所もあり、また自分で料理も持参できます。近くにコンビニや食事場所も何件かあるので事前に準備しておけば楽しく過ごせます。部屋もきれいに清掃してあります。次回もまた、利用させてもらう予定です。色々気遣い頂きありがとうございます。 The staff are very friendly It provides a space where children can play freely. 根	根本那智子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンドミニアム型で、簡易キッチン（電子レンジ・流し台・冷蔵庫が使えます）と複数の部屋がついています。部屋にもお風呂がありますが、大浴場は人工温泉になっていて良いお湯でした。プールや遊戯場もあるのでファミリー向けでリーズナブルに宿泊するのに便利です。浴衣等は無いので寝間着類必須です。たまたま隣に宿泊していた家族が遅くまで騒いでいたので、声が気になり残念でしたがスタッフの感じも良く会議室などもあるようなので宿泊での研修などにも良いかなと思いました。 It is a condominium type and has a kitchenette (microwave, sink and refrigerator can be used) and multiple rooms. や	やまだはなぁこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族4人と息子夫婦3人計7人で利用しました。館内に入る前に全身を消毒できるタイプのBOXに入りコロナ対策も安心しました。入口付近にも手指消毒と検温装置が置いてあります。コンドミニアムタイプで個室が5部屋(ダブル1、シングル4) 各々で部屋を使用でき、ゆっくり寛げました。トイレと浴室が別になっているのも良かったです。キッチンもありますがIHクッキングヒーターの使用不可でした。キッチンには大型の冷蔵庫、ポット、電子レンジが備えてあり、各部屋にもワンドアの冷蔵庫が完備してありました。館内１階に大浴場、カラオケ、ビリヤード・卓球・バドミントンやゲーム機数台と子供が遊べるスペース等もありました。 2階に客室、漫画の雑誌等も置いてあり読んだり食事をするスペース、飲み物の自動販売機とカップラーメンの自販機があります。隣接してるフードコートもありコロナ禍ということもあって注文した食事を自室に持ち込んでも良いとの事。外にはBBQコーナーもあって要予約だそうです。リーズナブルな価格で快適に過ごせて満足でした。後は、部屋にも大浴場にもスキンケア用品は無いので持参された方が良いです。部屋着もフロントに言えば貸して貰えました。(数に限りがあるそうです) 23時？か０時〜朝の５時まで鍵を閉めてしまうため館内の出入りは出来ないとの事でした。 4 family members and 3 sons It was used by a total of 7 people. The baths include body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which are common in hotels. At a minimum, you only need a towel. It's cheap and always available. It would be a problem if it became popular and crowded, but I wonder if it's okay for now.
