Y	Yasin Mochdie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean. Onsens were supern (Public and at least One Of the private ones). Service was great. Dinner and breakfast was OK (nothing special).
D	Daniel Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very new and clean facilities, food is so great, view is nice, and the onsen is huge. It's far from the station, but the shuttle bus is good enough if you are just staying one night.
V	Van Takemoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best place we stayed at in Japan. Very nice onsens, rooms are large, some with private onsen bath. Great views of Matsumoto. Friendly staff and clean accommodations. Upscale hotel. It is on the out skirt of Matsumoto deeper into the valley and up against the mountains. They have a shuttle to and from Matsumoto Station. Would definitely recommend this place. Food was excellent. They also have a casual small bar restaurant, like an Izakaya, lots of sake and food was great.

The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. Appreciated the ***agers taking the time to talk with us. I enjoyed that very much.

Nice room city view. Restaurant staff are friendly, however the food is poor. Poor or sometimes no WiFi reception in the room.

Spacious Japanese styled room with glorious views of the mountains. Breakfast is good with a wide selection. Onsen is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately we only had time for 1 night Highly recommend. Free shuttle is available for those not driving.

Don't miss the breakfast that is soooo great and delicious. There are variety of food. Besides, there is shuttle bus from station to hotel.
