★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate the fact that this hotel is non-smoking. Their attention to detail and the courtesy of the staff was unsurpassed. Everything was kept spotlessly clean during my stay there. The hotel itself is located in a great area. I'll continue to stay here as this is a good bargain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sheets, walls, and floor were all stained and dirty. The walls had holes in them. When we requested new sheets those had stains too and some even had holes in them. The bed and pillows felt like sleeping on cement and the entire hotel and rooms smelt like dust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 3 nights on the 2nd stop of a tour. Cleanliness is of the highest standard. The team was professional from the minute we placed the reservation. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Recomended for all types of visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything you could want is in walking distance. Not disapointed for the price we paid. Not real close to anything, but an easy cab ride to everything we wanted to see. The hotel front desk is very friendly and understanding of my very poor Japanese. The entire hotel was very clean.

From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a warm welcome. The hotel remained spotless the entire time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would go back just to stay here. The location of the hotel makes walking anywhere easy. Hotel strategically located with easy access to train. The front desk is very helpful. The cab rides were a great way to see the city. All the areas were very clean. The breakfast buffet is very nice.
