松	松本ラン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で利用しました。レストランは休業中で利用は出来ないです。コンビニは余り近くには無く、ディリーヤマザキやファミマです。隣が公園で天気が良かったので椅子も有りランチに利用しました。 I used it at work. The restaurant is closed and cannot be used. Convenience stores are not very close, such as Daily Yamazaki and FamilyMart. There was a park next door and the weather was nice so I had a chair and used it for lunch.
T	Tatsuhiro Mizushima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和洋室の部屋に泊まりましたが、広くて良かったです。風呂も広く、リーズナブルなので、また利用させていただきます。 I stayed in a Japanese and Western room, but it was nice that it was large. The bath is large and reasonably priced, so I will use it again.
M	Masanobu Kuroda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この近くで用事があり、初めての本千葉ということもありせっかくなので泊まることに。部屋はそれなりに年期が入っていますが、シングルルームにエキストラベッドを入れて2人で5000円程度という安さもあり、快適に過ごすことができました。レストランが二軒あるとのことでしたが、どちらも休業中。宴会場もあるようで、本当ならこの時期は忙しいシーズンだったのでしょうね。7階に自販機コーナーがあり、ジュースやお菓子カップ麺はありましたが、お酒がなかったのがちょっと残念。徒歩数分の場所にファミマ、デイリーヤマザキ、ミニストップがありました。モノレールの県庁前駅の目の前で、本千葉駅からもた徒歩3分程度ととてもアクセスの良いホテルでした。 I have something to do near here, and since it's my first time in Hon-Chiba, I decided to stay there. The room has a certain period of time, but I was able to spend it comfortably because it was as cheap as about 5,000 yen for two people with an extra bed in the single room. It was said that there are two restaurants, but both are closed. There seems to be a banquet hall, so it must have been a busy season at this time. There was a vending machine corner on the 7th floor, and there were juices and sweets cup noodles, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no alcohol. There were FamilyMart, Daily Yamazaki, and Ministop within a few minutes' walk. It was a very accessible hotel in front of the monorail Kenchomae station, about a 3-minute walk from Hon-Chiba station.
m	minami hakofugu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族四人で泊まりました。和洋室部屋は広くて快適で素晴らしかったです。お風呂もユニットバスではなく、足を伸ばせて入れる湯船で疲れがとれます。モノレール駅目の前で、交通の便もよし。スタッフさんも親切ですよ。 We stayed with four family members. The Japanese and Western rooms were large, comfortable and wonderful. The bath is not a unit bath, but a bathtub where you can stretch your legs to relieve fatigue. Convenient transportation in front of the monorail station. The staff is also kind.
菅	菅秀隆（ヒーデ） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物の中に入ってフロントに行くまでの間、公民館に来たのかな？と思いました。居酒屋、レストランは閉店しているし、シングルの客室はかなり年季が入っているし、カードキーではなくて普通のキーなんて久しぶりでした。外出するたびにフロントに預けるのが少々面倒ではあります。しかし、近隣のホテルより安い料金設定、千葉都市モノレール県庁前駅隣接などこのホテルを予約するか検討している人はこうした長所を活かして利用して欲しいです。駐車場が地下にあるのも○であると付け加えます。 Did you come to the public hall until you entered the building and went to the front desk? I thought. Izakaya and restaurants are closed, single rooms are quite old, and it's been a while since I didn't have a card key but an ordinary key. It is a little troublesome to leave it at the front desk every time you go out. However, if you are considering booking this hotel, such as cheaper rates than nearby hotels and adjacent to Chiba Urban Monorail Kencho-mae Station, I would like you to take advantage of these advantages. Add that the parking lot is in the basement as well.
S	S田汰卦汚（CRAZE） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気配りが利く良いホテル。こんな素晴らしいホテルをこの安値で泊まれるのは最高です。ただ1点残念だったのが、メインのフロントの対応は丁寧で良かったのだが、遅い時間のフロント対応がマニュアル対応でプラスαが無くこちらが引き下がる事になった為星4つ。全体的に悪くないが、ややフロントか弱いかな？気配りの利く良いホテルなだけに残念ですね。 Attentive and good hotel. It's great to stay at such a great hotel at this low price. The only disappointment was that the main front desk was polite and good, but the late time front desk support was manual and there was no plus α, so this was withdrawn with 4 stars. Overall not bad, but is it a little weak at the front? It's a shame because it's a nice and attentive hotel.
n	nino nino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は地下でしたので雨が降っても濡れずに地下のエレベーターからフロントにアクセス出来ます。駐車場入口のガードバーで一旦停車し、担当の方がすぐに出て来て…予約名簿を確認し、駐車位置番号を教えてくれました。ワンボックス車でしたが、駐車サイズ問題ありませんでした。フロントも丁寧な対応で、ドライブ疲れも緩和されホッとします。 1人部屋でしたが、特に部屋も狭く感じませんでした。自販機にカップ麺がラインナップされていた事は、とっても良かったですね。コロナ禍でしたのであまり外にも出かけたくなかったので、小腹がすいた時は助かりました。（緑のたぬきを頂きました！）気になったのは、トイレの照明が何故か暗かった事、洋式トイレの型が古くウォシュレットが使いにくかった事でしょうか。フロント前で販売していた『チーバくんクリアファイル』を購入しなかった事が最後まで心残りです。意外と言うと失礼かも知れませんが、夜景綺麗でした。 Since the parking lot was underground, you can access the front desk from the underground elevator without getting wet even if it rains. I stopped at the guard bar at the entrance of the parking lot, and the person in charge came out immediately ... I checked the reservation list and told me the parking position number. It was a one-box car, but there was no problem with the parking size. The front desk is also polite, so you will feel relieved from driving fatigue. It was a single room, but I didn't feel the room was particularly small. It was very nice that the vending machine had a lineup of cup noodles. I didn't want to go outside because it was a corona illness, so I was saved when I was hungry. (I got a green tanuki!) What I was curious about was that the lighting of the toilet was dark for some reason, and the Western-style toilet was old and the washlet was difficult to use. It is a regret that I did not purchase the "Chi-ba-kun clear file" that was sold in front of the front desk. Surprisingly, it may be rude, but the night view was beautiful.
