★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel looks nice, very close to the station, but i highly recommend not to stay in this hotel, because the manager level staff are very unfriendly and push the entry level staff to solve the problem.
there were some problems with my room and booking but i was not allowed to change my room, and i was requested to pay more to stay in the same room.
i give 1 star for the location only, that's it.

Stayed at Hotel New Omi during our autumn trip 2 years ago today and it was a great choice.
Conveniently located next to Omihachiman Station, which is just a minute walk away. Very reasonably priced for the room size, which is a bonus and added comfort. Interiors are clean and modern. It would have been perfect if they had an onsen as well.
