★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a nice hotel with good location with Lawson just in front of hotel. Room is not big but I think it is relatively big compare to other. They provide free shuttle services from/to airport Haneda Airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful service downstairs and room clean was exceptional when requested. Very comfortable king bed with great size bathroom. Didn’t participate in dining area downstairs though it did present well as well as the food.
Hotel situated in a quiet location which is 5 minutes to Omori train station or 10 minutes walk to Shinagawa Aquarium.
Lawson’s located across the road and others a few minutes away on same street. I do recommend to stay here if you’re in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Neat rooms, very polite and helpful staff, and good food.
The hotel is in a cozy spot, the area and small streets around feels much calmer than the much more hectic city centre, while it's still less than a ten minutes walk to Omori station, and from there a short train transit to wherever you want to go.
There's plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and the surrounding area is good for just wandering around.
We will definitely come again if we're visiting Tokyo again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room I stayed in had an amazing view of the city and suburb.
Was provided with many moisturisers, toothbrushes, facial creams, etc.
Was very nice and displayed a good amount of cleanliness.
However as Tokyo and Japan is a tourist destination there was only one channel in English and I have noticed that many visitors are foreigners and will speak at least a bit of English.
Altogether this was an amazing place and will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organized hotel to have complete facility. The breakfast buffet is neat and delicate for you to fulfill your stomach. The only thing you need to prepare is water since it is no complimentary for you. The location is close to train station and mall. Easy for you to access to other places by transportation. Enjoy it.
