サービスで、鯛のお刺身がついていたのを、スタッフさんが言わないから、コースについてる刺身の盛り合わせかと思って、最初に食べて、いつになったら出て来るんだろうと待ってたのに最初の刺身盛り合わせの中に含まれてましたと言われ、ガッカリでした。コースより単品で、頼んだ方が良かったかな…

10人で入れるぐらいの個室で、空調がちょうど良い感じでした。ご飯はお刺身が美味しかったです。
残念ポイントは、お酒を注文したら、ちょっと待ちます。5分から10分ぐらい？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビールを肩から掛けられるという大粗相がありましたが、お店側からは特に謝罪の言葉はありませんでした。
緊急事態宣言明けの久々の食事会でしたので笑って流しましたが、粗相があった時は隠ぺいするのではなく責任者に報告するなどの教育はしっかり行って頂きたいですね。

I made a reservation. I am happy with the private room. It is also convenient from Kitashinchi Station and Osaka Station. The food was delicious too.

I think you should learn about customer service from scratch. Telephone reservations are not possible. I don't apologize. Ignore the guests in front of you. I don't make eye contact. The wording is dirty. I felt uncomfortable after a long time.

コースで頼みましたが、見栄えは良いが味はもう二歩程度。もう少し高くてもつまみは美味しい方が良いです。

お店に着いてから案内してもらうまでとか、ドリンクのオーダーとか、呼び鈴はあるものの押しても押してもなかなか来てくれない、という感じでした。
まぁでも今の時期はお店やっててくれるだけで有り難いです。
コースのお料理はボリュームたっぷりで、どれも好きな味でした♪
