This time, I bought a firefly squid from Toyama prefecture. Most of the neighboring supermarkets are not from Toyama prefecture, but mostly from San'in (small prices, a little bigger this year). Even if there is a product from Toyama prefecture, it has soared for several years. This time, I made 1 pack, a bowl and it was delicious. I also bought red snow crab from Tottori prefecture, which was also delicious. Hyotanya-san is recommended for fresh fish! ️
