S	Stuart Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite supermarket in Nara so far. Open til 11pm. They have a good layout, easy to find things. They have good big steaks available too for relatively cheap. Like 1.5-2cm thick big!! Pre-made items often a lot cheaper after 7pm so can grab a good deal if you go then. No credit card is available unfortunately, but no problem for me. No charge for plastic bags yet, but who knows if or when that’ll stop. A little under a bridge so if you’re coming by car you’ll have to turn off by co-op supermarket and loop in there. Heaps of parking so should have no worries. Often there is a fresh yakitori vendor stall outside too.
