T	T P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吐き気が続き受診しました。先生やスタッフは親切な印象ですが、処方していただいた薬が効かず1週間飲み続け再度受診。また少し違う薬をいただきましたがそれも効かず、しびれを切らし別病院にてセカンドオピニオンを受け、別の薬を飲むと1日で症状が改善されました。どれだけ対応が親切でも症状が良くなることが最優先だと思いましたのでこちらの評価です。 I continued nausea and visited the clinic. I got rid of numbness and received a second opinion at another hospital, and taking another medicine improved my symptoms in one day. 空	空ちん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腸内視鏡検査をうけました痛みは少しだけで全く我慢出来ましたただ、検査中に少しは患者目線でやって欲しかった検査の最中、ずっと無言に近い状態で今どこのあたりを行ってるのか？ポリープがあったとか　もう引き返しますなどと全く説明されずほとんど無言だったので　いつまでかかるんかなぁ〜ととっても不安でした?? 鎮静剤を使用せずにお願いしたのですがある看護師さんが「鎮静剤を嫌なのは何かあるんですか？」と聞かれ　理由まで言わされることがとっても嫌な気分になりました? どちらを選択してもいいようになっているのに逆に　なんでそんなに鎮静剤を使いたいんですか？と聞きたかったくらいでした鎮静剤を使った方が患者本人も痛くないし　静かに先生と看護師さんのペースでやれるからかなぁ〜と思いましたが初診の内視鏡の説明と採血をした横着な口のきき方をする看護師さんも全身麻酔をするので2人で来て下さいとほぼほぼ強制的で　　「全身麻酔でやらなくてはダメなの？」と聞いたら　キツい口調で「嫌な理由は何ですか？」と言い返されましたあと他の病院では絶対にやらないレントゲンを嫌もなく受けさせられますよ❗️だから今回、相当、悩みましたね実は細野先生から勝手に出されていたポリシロ錠、トリメプチンマレイン酸塩錠、コロネル錠は一切飲んでいません出しますとも言われなかったのに20日分も処方されていて薬局でビックリ‼️ やらなくてもいい事なのに弱者をいいことに金儲けをするのですからね I had a colonoscopy I could put up with the pain with just a little bit However, I wanted you to do it from the patient's point of view during the examination. Actually, I haven't taken any of the polyshiro tablets, trimeptin maleate tablets, and coronel tablets that Dr. Hosono gave me. Even though I wasn't told to give it out, I was surprised at the pharmacy because it was prescribed for 20 days! ️ You don't have to do it, but you make money for the weak.
M	MAO H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページを見て、こちらで胃カメラ予約取りました。まだ先ですが、看護師さんが物凄く丁寧に説明してくれます。今までの胃カメラの説明は１分とかで紙渡され終了で、なんだったんだろう。自分は、過度に胃カメラ苦しむタイプで鎮静剤も他所で効きませんでした。また効かない可能性は大ですが、他所よりは楽に出来れば十分です。バスを2回乗り継いで行かなきゃいけなくどうしようか迷ってましたが、こちらで予約してよかったです。 I went to the website and made a reservation for the gastro camera here. つ	つつ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内視鏡の検査専用棟は新しくとても綺麗で快適に過ごせます。外来は患者が多いせいか、医師・看護師・受付の連携が取れていない様に思います。絶飲食の指示を忘れられ、検査を受けられずに帰らされた事があります。｢注射を30分も待たされている｣｢この時間を指定されたから来たのに、どうして薬の準備が出来てないの｣｢会計まだですか｣等、スタッフに怒っている患者さん達を結構頻繁に見ます。受付も沢山スタッフがいるせいで、逆に混乱している様に思います。予約していても1時間半はかかると想定しておいた方が無難です。 The dedicated endoscopy building is new and very clean and comfortable.
