★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年も経たない内にデンソー全館空調の熱交換器からガス洩れ。ガス洩れにより効率が下がり、電気料金が爆上がり。熱交換器交換と冷媒ガス充填で14万円超の出費。東芝製全館空調の定期点検費用と比べ、デンソーの点検費用は、かなり割高。設置当初の説明では、デンソーから定期点検に伺うと聞いていたが、２回目以降は、何の連絡も無いまま外注業者がやって来た。外注化によりコストダウン出来た筈、点検費用の値下げを要望する。
 Gas leaked from the heat exchanger of the air conditioning system in the entire DENSO building within 10 years. Efficiency drops due to gas leaks, and electricity prices rise. It costs more than 140,000 yen to replace the heat exchanger and fill the refrigerant gas. The inspection cost of DENSO is considerably higher than the regular inspection cost of the air conditioner in the entire building made by Toshiba. In the explanation at the beginning of the installation, I heard that DENSO would visit for regular inspections, but from the second time onward, the outsourcer came without any contact. We should have been able to reduce costs by outsourcing, and request a reduction in inspection costs.
