友人と酒飲み会です。
友人がホルモン焼きを食べたい
との事で、奉天さんか水よしさんと
迷ったのですが、
カウンターもあるこちらのお店に決定しました。
相変わらずの昭和レトロです。
おじさんはこの雰囲気たまりません。
雰囲気だけで、酔っ払いそうです。
生ビールとキムチを注文です。
キムチは、真っ赤で辛そうですが、
辛くありません。
子供でも食べられる、優しい味です。
肉は新鮮です。
モツも柔らかく、簡単に噛み切れます。
レバーも新鮮なので、
焼き過ぎは厳禁です。
ホッピーは、氷が入らないので、
最後まで同じ味で飲めます。
ホルモンは安くて美味しいですね。
