七夕祭りで有名な星神社。
御祭神は大國主命おおくにぬしのみこと。
こじんまりとした敷地ながら、御神木のムクの木に見守られて社が有ります。
御朱印を求めると、七夕用の短冊も頂けるので、記念になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小綺麗な洗練された雰囲気の神社でした。お昼休憩中にも関わらず、御朱印の対応をいただき、七夕祭事があるようで短冊も納めさせていただきました。
It was a beautiful and sophisticated shrine. Even though I was taking a lunch break, I received the support of the red stamp, and it seems that there is a Tanabata festival, so I also delivered a strip of paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地図で見つけ、気になったので行ってみました。
ちゃんと式内社なんですが、その当時は坂庭神社という名前だったようです。主祭神に天香香背尾神とか牽牛、織姫が合祀われており、庄内川を天の川ととらえた見立てのようです。
名古屋城の近くに多奈波太神社（たなばたじんじゃ）というのがあるので、何か関係があるのかも、と思って行ってみたんですけど、そういう情報は見当たりませんでした。コロナもあり、あまり詳しくお話聞けませんでしたが。
落ち着いたいい神社ですよ。御朱印もあり。

It's a Shikinai shrine, but at that time it was called Sakaba Shrine. Amatsumikaboshi, a cowboy, and Orihime are enshrined in the main deity, and it seems that the Shonai River is regarded as the Milky Way.
There is Tanabata Shrine near Nagoya Castle, so I wondered if it had something to do with it, but I couldn't find such information. There was also a corona, so I couldn't talk in detail.
It's a calm and nice shrine. There is also a red stamp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前に来たときは下の道路から依らせていただいたので今回は堤防から行ってみました。
階段の途中に立派なムクノキがあり、星神社を護っている感じがしました。
When I came before, I depended on the road below, so this time I went from the embankment.
There was a magnificent mukunoki in the middle of the stairs, and I felt that it was protecting the Hoshi Shrine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御朱印を頂くと短冊をもらえます。時期的には、だいぶ先ですが先に預けたりもできるそうです。住宅街にあるけれど静かで落ち着いた感じです。
If you get the red stamp, you will get a strip of paper. In terms of time, it's a long way off, but it seems that you can deposit it first. It's in a residential area, but it's quiet and calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素敵な神社でした。車で行くことも出来ますが敢えて地下鉄で行きました。土日エコ切符で色々なところ行けるから楽しいです。皆さんもぜひ天気の良い日にはエコ切符を使って色んなところに行ってみましょう。Googleで見つけた神社巡りなんかもオススメです。
It was a nice shrine. You can go by car, but I dared to go by subway. It's fun because you can go to various places with the Saturday and Sunday eco-ticket. If the weather is nice, everyone should use the eco-ticket to go to various places. I also recommend visiting the shrines I found on Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋市西区にある星神社は、1100年以上の歴史を持つ由緒正しい神社。星に纏わる神様が合祀されているため、この名前になっています。七夕の星祭は旧暦の7月7日に行われる。御祭神は大己貴命、天香香背男(星の神様)、牽牛星(彦星)、織女星(織姫)。正面入口付近にある3本のムクノキは、1995年(平成7年)2月27日付で名古屋市の都市景観重要建築物等(都市景観保存樹)に指定されている。3本のうち最大のものは高さ約18m、幹まわりは4m以上にもなる。
Hoshi Shrine, located in Nishi-ku, Nagoya, is a venerable shrine with a history of over 1100 years. This name is given because the god associated with the stars is enshrined. The Tanabata Star Festival is held on July 7th of the lunar calendar. The gods of the ritual are Okuninushi, Amatsu-Mikaboshi (the god of the stars), Koshiboshi (Hikoboshi), and Orihime (Orihime). The three mukunoki trees near the front entrance have been designated as important urban landscape buildings (cityscape preservation trees) in Nagoya City on February 27, 1995. The largest of the three is about 18m high and the trunk circumference is more than 4m.
