A temple in Nakano Ward. It is quite wide. There are various historic sites, so stop by. There is also a grave of the Horie family who contributed to the development of Nakano Ward. The rest is Ishizuka. There is a really great feeling.

A temple of the Shingon sect Toyoyama school, which was built by the late Yean period. It is a burial mound that boasts a history of nearly 1000 years, and the 15th bill of the Kanto thirty-six Fudosho. When you go through the mountain gate where the statue of Jingou is stored, there are a main hall, a three-story pagoda, a large temple hall, a large shoin, a mochi hall, a bell tower, etc. in the precinct. Also, in the Edo period, the water wheel was lined up in the Kanda River and soba flour was sprinkled, and it was said that it was Nakano soba, which was a specialty of Nakano. A fountain made of a mortar called Utsuzuka was built in the precinct, and it was interesting.

A temple of the Shingon sect Toyoyama school. Minamoto no Yoshiie opened around the current Omiya-Hachimangu Shrine in Suginami Ward during the Constitution Year (1087-1994) and was relocated to the current location during the Muromachi period. It was used as a resting place for falconry by the shogunate during the Edo period, and had a history of being well protected. Until 1936, the town hall was located as the center of Nakano Town. It is famous for the procession of increasing troops for Setsubun. From 7:00 to 19:00.

I visited for the first time. It's a very nice temple, and the stone mill mound is a must-see and I took a picture with the three-storied pagoda. The Chozuya and the bell tower are also quaint, and I wondered if the overall layout was exquisite. It was about a 5-minute walk from Nakano Sakaue Station.

I don't know it's a famous place. Soba mortar tile? It's rare because there is. Rest in a very quiet place. * Is it a museum right now? Under renovation work.

Nearest station Oedo Line Nakano Sakaue Station 5 minutes on foot, free admission According to "Myoousan Observatory Hosenji Engi, Nakano, Tama-gun, Takeshu", Hosenji was founded by Minamoto no Yoshiie during the late Heian period (1087-194). At this time, Yoshiya settled the role of Oshu and Gosannen and built a temple to enshrine the statue of Fudo Myo, who was on the way back to Tokyo and was guarded by the team. It is that. The building has been newly rebuilt, but it seems to be made entirely of wood, including a three-storied pagoda. A fountain with mortars piled up after passing through the Niomon? There is, but it is for the memorial service of the mortar that is no longer used It is said that the Nakano Ward Office was here until the early Showa period.

Probably the only reason you would be visiting this temple is for a funeral. A very big funeral.
