柚子りっ子と言う柚子の入ったお味噌を買ったのですがすごく美味しいです
トーストにも合うようですが甘いからママレード感覚かも知れません?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天王寺にある気になってた店"近江の館"に行って来ました！一見アンテナ?ショップ?と思ってたのですがそうではありませんでした。全国の郷土料理を中心に滋賀の会社なので、滋賀県の食品が二割程度あります。特に、近江の館で作っている琵琶湖の魚?️の佃煮がメッチャ⤴️⤴️美味しく???、熟年の職人さんが作っているらしく、
近江の館のオリジナルみたいです。餅麦などの穀物は、契約農家さん??で作ってもらっているとの事です。入り口付近にカウンターがあり、お味見体験コーナーがあります。旬は旬の物を出すので、月に一回はお味見が変わります。僕もお味見体験コーナーで"ワサビの長芋"を食べて、美味しかった???ので買いました。"ワサビの長芋"はオススメです。それと、対馬原木椎茸の佃煮も美味しかった???です。これも、職人さんが作っているとの事です。

Since it is a Shiga company that focuses on local cuisine nationwide, there are about 20% of the food in Shiga prefecture. Especially, the tsukudani of Lake Biwa fish ?️ made in Omi no Yakata is delicious ???, it seems that it is made by a mature craftsman.
It looks like the original of Omi no Yakata. Grains such as rice cakes are said to be made by contract farmers ??. There is a counter near the entrance and there is a tasting experience corner. Seasonal foods are served in season, so the taste changes once a month. I also ate "Wasabi Nagaimo" at the tasting experience corner and bought it because it was delicious ???. "Wasabi no Nagaimo" is recommended. Also, the Tsukudani of Tsushima log shiitake mushrooms was delicious ???. This is also made by a craftsman.
