小	小高一浩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的に美味しいけど、たまに残念な料理に当たる。今日いただいた「季節の小籠包」のバジル味とトリフ味の2種は良かったが、別皿のパイクー(排骨)はハンバーグみたいな肉だった！もちろん骨なんかついていないし… ? 先週も、ズワイ蟹の小籠包は絶品❤️だったが、鶏ときのこの豆鼓蒸しは豆鼓が足りないのか味がボヤケていて小籠包のタレを掛けて食べた。 ? R	Ryo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鼎泰豐（ディンタイフォン）は小籠包が看板メニューの点心料理店。1958年に台湾台北市で食用油を取り扱う油問屋として創業した鼎泰豐は1972年に小籠包売り出し今や世界中に、店舗がある。アジア各国でも都市のショッピングモールに進出しているが、ここラゾーナの店舗も同様なイメージ。台湾の本店に近いと言うよりは、バンコクやマニラにあるモール型のディンタイフォンのフレーバー。昔本店で、食べたような感動はないが色々選べる楽しさは健在 Din Tai Fung is a dim sum restaurant whose signature menu is Xiaolongbao. r	ridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鼎泰豊といえば、アツアツの小籠包！いつも大行列でしたが、待ち時間なく入店できました。これは嬉しい！本日のオーダーは以下の通り。・小籠包3種盛り(豚肉・ホタテ・蟹味噌) ・海鮮小籠包3種盛り(ホタテ・ずわい蟹・辛子明太子) ・ピリ辛ゆでワンタン(えび入り) ・えび入り棒春巻き(2本) ・えびと豚肉入りチャーハン、スープ付き・アイスコーヒー食べた感想ですが、春巻き、ワンタンは美味しかったです。しかし、ほかはイマイチ。小籠包が熱くないのが致命的でした。チャーハンとスープの味が薄く、何を食べているのか分からない感じでした。結果として、支払った金額に見合わないクオリティでした。本気を出したら美味しいはずなので、気が向いたら麺類を食べてみたいですね。 Speaking of Din Tai Fung, hot dumplings! One server just completely ignored my wife despite looking her straight in the eyes, while another one finally took our dessert order a few minutes later...just to completely forget about us.

The chicken soup was really light taste too. (Waited long time for the dish to be served). I was served with chicken neck and breast meat in the soup… never expected this is happening is Din Tai Fung. The beef noodle was not good as well with plain taste chewy beef block… Overall the foods tasted very different (low standard) as compare to other Din Tai Fung restaurants in Taiwan, Singapore or Malaysia. Highly NOT recommend!!
