★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策にてお店が営業自粛していましたが6月1日より営業再開しています。
このお店はアトレ川崎とありますが、駅ナカ（駅の構内）にあります。ファウンダリーのケーキには新鮮なフルーツや濃厚なクリームが使われています。残念なのは、ケーキの価格が多少高いこと（ケーキ自体のボリュームが通常のケーキよりもあります）。タルトはケーキに比べてボリュームは小さいのでケーキはちょっとという方はタルトが良いと思います。ケーキやタルトを購入したときにお店の方に頼めばプラスチックのスプーンを付けて貰えます。あと、ケーキやタルト以外では焼き菓子もあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段は正直高いです。生地はサクッとしていて濃厚な甘さと旬のフルーツの味が楽しめます。店員はおそらく若いバイトしか居ないので値段相応の対応を求めることはできないです。駅ナカでケーキを買うだけと割り切ればその接客でいいのでしょうが、店側にカスタマーリレーションシップという概念が皆無なのでこの店舗が長続きするかは疑問です。加えて誕生日のプレートの名前の記入は前日までに予約しないといけないので注意が必要です。

ネームヴァリューもあるのでお土産にもオススメです。
しかし使っているフルーツを売りにしているとのことですがフルーツの味は濃い味付けでかき消されている感じを受けました。
そもそも使っているフルーツの質があまりよくないかも。
スポンジはしっとりとパサパサの中間くらいでまあまあ。
クリームはセブンイレブンのスイーツレベルには達しており美味しい。
店員のアルバイトスタッフは無愛想で笑顔もなくつまらなそうに働いておりケーキ屋に向いてない人が多いです。
社員の方の教育が悪いのかも。
川崎という地域だからサービスが悪くて良いということはないと思いますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅ナカの改札内。家賃が乗っているのである程度の金額は想定内。フルーツが美味しそうだったので、桃とメロンのショートをそれぞれ購入。
クリームとスポンジがゲロ甘でした。そのせいかフルーツは美味しく感じず、ボヤけてしまいました。正直微妙でした。

横浜や渋谷と比べゆっくりできます。
二子玉のGramercy NEWYORKとあわせ、系列店では買い物しやすいです。
お値段高目の印象受けますが、ボリュームと満足感考えたら十分です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旬のフルーツを使ったケーキはショーケースにあるだけでも魅力的！たまの贅沢にピッタリのファウンドリーです。ホールケーキ系は割と他店と価格が相違無いと思って、フルーツ＆カカオタルトを買って帰りました。
店員さんの手際が良くて落ち着いており、袋を渡してくれた方はマスクでも笑顔の良い対応だったとわかりました。色々と疲れた金曜日に癒やされたので投稿の運びです。
