★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カラオケマイクの不良品が届き使い始めて3時間で使えなくなりました。交換品の発送連絡もなしにこちらが電話をしてからようやく発送。電話の年配の人の電話対応も悪く、とても不快でした。こちら側の不備ではないのになぜ対応悪いのか疑問です。カラオケは期間チケットも購入しているのでプリペイド1000円分くらいくれてもいいなって思いました。
