★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気さくだが丁寧な接客、たいへんおいしいお料理とお酒。洲本までの交通費ふくめてコストはそこそこかかるけれど、たまに張り込んで行きたいお店。地元の人がうらやましい。
 Friendly but courteous service, very delicious food and sake. The cost is reasonable, including transportation expenses to Sumoto, but you want to go there occasionally. The locals are enviable.

ウニが大好きなので、コース以外に追加注文ができるか確認したところ、「台風の影響で確約はできないが、出来るだけ捕りに行きます」と言ってくださり、当日しっかりご用意いただきました。
(前日のお客様がキャンセルになったと言っていましたが、無理をして捕りにいって頂いたのでは…どちらにせよありがとうございます?♀️)
この時期という事もあり、当日は貸切状態でしたが、大将と女将さんとの会話も盛り上がり、大変楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。
お料理の方も文句なし！
淡路島のお魚と日本酒とのペアリングも最高でした。
特にお寿司のシャリの味とにぎり具合が私の中で過去一です。
最後の汁物を出す際、「たくさんお酒を飲まれているので量を多めにしました」とのお気遣いまで頂き、最初から最後まで幸せです?
素敵な淡路島の思い出になりました✨

I love sea urchins, so when I checked if I could make additional orders other than the course, he said, "I can't make a promise due to the typhoon, but I'll go catch as much as possible."
(I said that the customer on the previous day was canceled, but I guess he forced me to catch him ... Thank you anyway ?♀️)
Partly because of this time, it was reserved on the day, but the conversation between the general and the landlady was lively, and I had a very good time.
There are no complaints about cooking!
The pairing of Awaji Island fish and sake was also the best.
Especially, the taste and sushi of sushi is the best in my history.
When I served the last soup, I was happy from the beginning to the end because I was concerned that "I was drinking a lot, so I made a lot of it" ?
It became a wonderful memory of Awaji Island ✨
It's close to Osaka, so I'll definitely visit again!
