自宅の塀を自動車にぶつけられ破損。相手方の保険会社です。LINEでのやり取りを勧められ登録。LINEからはメッセージボードを移行しやり取りをする感じです。担当の方へ修理業者からの見積書について、どうしたら良いか質問した所、質問には答えず説明もなく「破損物の画像を登録」しろと。再度、説明を求めたところ、登録しないと手続きが進められないと返事。被害者はこちらです。謝罪も説明もなく、被害者に対してろくな説明なく「破損物の画像を登録」ですか？同じ市内なのにこちらの会社は確認に来る事も出来ないのでしょうか？契約者である加害者に動いて貰えればいいのではないですか？被害者に手を煩わせるのはいかがなものかと思います。恐らくマニュアルに沿って動いていらっしゃるのだと思いますが、こちらは生身の人間です。感情もあります。対応次第では印象もだいぶ変わります。ここはあまり良い印象は受けません。大変残念です。
