高	高野みき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族が信号停車している所へ追突されました。加害者は、連絡先を交換して警察に通報しないで保険会社へ連絡し立ち去りました。当日夕方東京海上日動火災保険から連絡があり電話上謝罪がありました。こちらの保険会社では警察に連絡しなくても保険金が出るみたいです。(我が家で入っている保険会社では警察通報、事故見聞、事故証明提出は当然ですが…)そのため事故見聞まで１週間かかりました。法律でも救護措置、警察通報、保険会社連絡は必須業務なのに気が動転している加害者に初期対応でそれすら確認しないため迷惑がかかりました。加害者に連絡しても拉致があかないので最寄りの警察、該当警察への確認、相談し、保険会社に連絡し保険会社の説得でやっと加害者が重い腰を持ち上げるという体たらく。本当に被害者に迷惑がかからないようにするのも誠意の一つなのですが I was hit by a family member at a traffic light. The perpetrator contacted the insurance company and left without exchanging contacts and calling the police. In the evening of the day, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance contacted me and apologized over the phone. This insurance company seems to get insurance money without contacting the police. (It is natural for the insurance company that I have at home to report the police, hear about the accident, and submit the accident certificate ...) Therefore, it took a week to hear about the accident. Even though the law requires relief measures, police reports, and insurance company contact, it caused inconvenience because the perpetrators who were upset did not even confirm them in the initial response. Even if you contact the perpetrator, there will be no abduction, so check and consult with the nearest police, the relevant police, contact the insurance company, and finally the perpetrator will lift a heavy waist by persuading the insurance company. It is one of our sincerity to make sure that the victim is not inconvenienced.
