伊	伊藤武 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。謝罪の連絡がなく、一言ご連絡を頂けて入れば書く事は辞めて置いたのですが、書かせて頂きます。詐欺紛いのの事をしておいて、嘘がバレているのに、謝罪がない会社にとても激怒しております。コロナで仕事が無くなってる時期にも関わらず、よく嘘がバレる事をしたのかが、会社として、疑問です。インターネット社会で、すぐに情報が流れる時代にびっくりです。保証会社には、人事ミスと説明をしたみたいですが、保証会社にも嘘をつく事にもびっくりでした。こんな事のコメントを控えたかったのですが、一言謝罪が欲しかったです。 It's the worst. 平	平田たけし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平然と嘘をつき契約書には書かれていない手数料を騙し取る詐欺不動産会社です。保証会社の契約書を見せてくれない。水道は意味のわからない手数料10%上乗せされている。この会社は契約書の内容を全く守りません。まだまだ言いたいことあるけど、、、ちなみにボロクソ言われてたコメントは全て消されてます。前は星1ばかりの評価でした。これから入ろうと思ってる方本当に騙されないで。退去費用馬鹿げてるから It is a fraudulent real estate company that lie in a lie and cheat fees not written in the contract. マ	マスター1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 誰もこんなとこ利用してはならない！！これまでの不動産で星0でもいいくらいにひどい不動産。入居前にクロスが少し剥がれているような接着不足や土埃が残ったままでかなり委託先の作業の雑さがあった。また、入居者が決まったから出てけと催促するのはいかがなものか？接客対応は問題ないが、顔も見た事もない人からの電話が来るものの上から目線の電話対応やバカにするといった中傷があった。電話しても折り返し来るのが何故か数週間空くなど必ずと言っていいほど自分勝手。こっちがいったことを聞いてないのかと言うくらい対応に難あり。 No one should use this place! !!
