ヤサイがしなっとなってきたらかき混ぜて出来上がり。（おいしい食べ方がテーブルごとに備え付けられています）
具は白菜、もやし、鳥肉、ちくわ、白滝、など普通ですが、スープがおいしかった。ランチでいただきましたが、締めにラーメンを入れるときにはコショウを少し入れると味が引き立ちます。鳥の出汁のスープだから懐かしくて優しい味のラーメンに仕上がります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩ちゃんこ鍋です。あっさりして美味しいです。コロナ禍でも一人鍋ランチなら気にせず、安心して食べることができます。ランチの量が昔より増えてます。
It is a salt chanko nabe. It's light and delicious. Even if you have a corona virus, you can eat it with confidence if you have a hot pot lunch alone. The amount of lunch is more than before.

始められたばかりと聞いていましたがレベルの高さにビックリ?!!氷はフワフワでとても軽く構成もしっかり考えられていて味変で飽きずに食べられます♡また果物を使っていてもリーズナブル✨最近のかき氷の高騰化に疑問視していたのでとても嬉しい価格設定。
接客のお姉さんもとても感じが良くて可愛いらしいです?お座敷でまったり過ごせるのも嬉しいです。
まだまだ穴場でいて欲しいけど、評判の良さからかき氷好きの間では徐々に広まりつつあります。ディナー営業が戻ってもかき氷は通年で続けて欲しいです?

The customer service sister is also very nice and cute ? I'm glad that I can spend a relaxing time in the tatami room.
