m	masashi adachi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年6月に入居しました。家建てるまでは素晴らしかったですが、アフターケアが最悪過ぎます。建ててしまったらもうどうでもいいんだろうなー。と感じました。やる気がない。連絡がない。報告がない。〈2年点検の話です〉・壁紙交換：パルと業者が打ち合わせをしておらず、壁紙が交換できていない箇所が発覚。業者の方も「書面だけしか貰ってないから分からない」と。 2日で終わる予定がまた別日で施工となりました。・外構：コンクリート部位に水が溜まる不備があり、補修をお願いしました。仕事だったので同席なしを希望しました。帰宅すると、違うコンクリートに補修がされていましました。すぐに営業担当者に連絡をして、対応します。と。しかし、コンクリートにビニールでカバーをしてありましたが、誰も回収に来ない。最終的にコンクリートにカビが生えました。パルは補修完了の現地確認もしていない。完全放置でした。しっかり注意して最後まで責任持ってやってくださいとお願いをしました。再度コンクリートの補修をして後日養生テープなどを取り払った後、営業担当者から「補修が完了したので請求書にサインをしてほしい」と連絡がきました。補修されたコンクリートには「ヒビ割れ、明らかな色むら」がありました。営業担当者に現地で確認したのか問うと自宅前に車を停めて車内から施工完了を確認した写真を送ってきました。なぜ車内からの写真なのかと問うと養生テープなどが撤去された事だけを確認しにきたそうです。コンクリートの色むら、ヒビ割れが発生しているのにも一切気付いておらず、確認もするつもりが無いみたいです。 2019年9月現在、コンクリートの件でやり取りを行なっています。夢のマイホームです。アフターケアは本当に大切です。ノルマだけで動いてるんでしょうね。この内容を見て、パルで建てるのを考え直してほしいと思います。 Palで家は建てない方がいいと思います。 Moved in June 2017. After repairing the concrete again and removing the curing tape at a later date, the sales representative contacted me that I would like you to sign the bill because the repair was completed. The repaired concrete had “cracking, apparent color irregularities”. When I asked the sales person whether they confirmed it locally, I parked the car in front of my house and sent a photo confirming the completion of construction from inside the car. When asked why the photo was taken from inside the car, he only came to confirm that the curing tape was removed. I don't notice any concrete color irregularities or cracks, and I don't seem to check them. As of September 2019, we are interacting with concrete matters. A dream home. Aftercare is really important. I think it moves only with quota. I would like you to review this content and reconsider building with PAL. I think it's better not to build a house with Pal.
