分厚い皮がパリッパリに焼き上げられて、
皮だけでも、凄く美味しいです。
身はふっくらとしていて、岩塩が程よく馴染み、
これまた美味しいです。
残った身は、鯛飯や茶漬けなどにしても
美味しいです。
