 The observatory is in Kikugawa Central Park. Hill? High ground? It's a place that can be said, but the view is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 景色は良く風当たり少ない。静かで森林浴も出来て最高でした。まわりにベンチも沢山有り花壇も樹木も手入れが行き届いている。静かでゆっくり出来て良いところです。
The scenery is good and there is little wind. It was quiet and it was great to have a forest bath. There are many benches around, and the flower beds and trees are in good condition. It's a nice place to be quiet and slow.
