駅名に『吾妻橋』と入っていますが、吾妻橋は東武浅草駅のほうが近かったりします。
周りはそれなりの繁華街なのですが、都心部と比べられないので、リニューアル工事は最低限に留められていて、ぶっちゃけ結構ボロいです……

"Azumabashi" is included in the station name, but Azumabashi is closer to Tobu Asakusa Station.
The surrounding area is a downtown area, but it's not comparable to the city center, so the renewal work is kept to a minimum, and it's pretty messy ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都営浅草線では2番目に乗降客の少ない駅。浅草と押上の間のエアポケットのような駅だが、派手な賑わいがあるわけでもなく、落ち着いた街並み。駅自体は狭い階段でもぐりこむような感覚で降りてゆく駅で、独特の雰囲気がある。
The station with the second fewest passengers on the Toei Asakusa Line. It's a station like an air pocket between Asakusa and Oshiage, but it's not a flashy bustle, and it's a calm cityscape. The station itself is a station where you can get off with the feeling of going down even on narrow stairs, and it has a unique atmosphere.
