★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅から近かったという理由で普段は利用していない美容院でしたが、卒業式のヘアセットと着付けをお願いするため利用させて頂きました。
朝早くから準備をしていただき、こちらも申し訳なさはあったのですが、私も母もそう感じ取れるほどスタッフさんが無愛想で、早朝料金もしっかりお支払いしているのにこの対応をされなければならないのかと、朝からあまりいい気はしませんでした。
普段からここの美容院を利用していたならまた対応が異なっていたのかもしれませんが、会話はほとんどなく、最初から最後まで｢本日はおめでとうございます｣の一言もなく残念でした。
髪飾りもつけていただきましたが、式が始まる前に外れてしまいました
これらの理由から申し訳ないですがこの評価にさせていただきます。
I didn't usually use the hair dressing shop because it was close to my house, but I used it to ask for a graduation hair set and dressing.
I was sorry for the preparations made early in the morning, but the staff are so unfriendly that I and my mother can feel that way, and even though I have paid the early morning fee well, I have to deal with this. I didn't feel so good from the morning.
If I used to use the hair dressing shop here, the response might have been different, but there was almost no conversation, and I was disappointed with the words "Congratulations today" from the beginning to the end.
I had my hair accessory put on, but it came off before the ceremony started.
We are sorry for these reasons, but we would like to make this evaluation.
