その時の担当の方とのやり取りが全くうまくいかず、行き違いがかなり多かったです
初期費用を最初は振り込みと言っていたのに
契約に行ったら何十万という大金を現金で今日下さいと言われました。その時夫が行けなかったので私だけ行ったら、旦那さんに伝えたと言われました。
夫に聞いたらそれは言われてないと、言った言わないの問題になってしまいます。
今考えてもおかしいと思います。
マンションの引き渡し当日、担当不在で、ほかの方にしっかり引き継ぎされてると思いましたが、全く引き継ぎになっておらず、マンションの部屋番号を聞いたもので開けても全く開かず、夫と唖然でした。友人に聞いて、あららぎさんはオススメだよと聞いていたので余計に残念でした。次回何かあっても担当者の方がそのような感じでしたので、こちらでは契約したくないと思いました

When I asked my friend, I heard that Araragi-san is recommended, so I was disappointed. Even if something happened next time, the person in charge was like that, so I didn't want to sign a contract here.
