ね	ねね on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小見川にある丸神不動産が仲介しているグリーンハイツ野城というアパートは酷い。今時（笑）雨漏りした際も早めの対応はせず、工事もせず穴を閉じただけとの事。カーテンは汚れ洗っても落ちない。棚は濡れてしまい処分。しかもコンセント口の真上で雨漏り…もし雨水がコンセントにって考えたらとても恐かった。子供もいるのに。なのに謝罪の一言もない。悲しい。壁紙のクロスも大家が自分でやったらしくズレてたり剥がれたり浮いたりしてる。隙間風はすごく玄関ドアは歪んでおり直すこともしない。天井が剥がれて浮いてる際もビス止めのみ。色々どうなってんのか…家賃を払わせてる割には何も手入れをしてなく謝罪も無し。住ませてやってんだろ感がすごい。これで退去時多額のお金を請求させといて大家が適当に汚く張替えしてるのかなと思うと次に入居をするかもしれない人にはよく考えて頂きたい所ですね。良いお勉強になりましたね〜。謝る事もできない大人もいるんですね（笑） The apartment called Green Heights Nojo, which is brokered by Marugami Real Estate in Omigawa, is terrible.
