スタッフは、みなさん親切に対応してくださいます。
レンタル中、自家用車は置いておけないので近くの有料パーキングに停めます。
バイクは置いておけます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は今は閉店したホンダドリーム仙台(土樋)でバイク買ったり、点検や整備お世話になってました。
仙台が閉店してしまったので仙台泉で1回車検をお願いしたらとてもがっかりしました。
仙台店の時の車検代と比べて見積もりがやけに高い(定期的にメンテナンスしていたので整備不良などはありませんでした)。
1番酷かったのは接客態度です。
整備費取るだけ取って、整備内容等の説明無し。
終わったら｢あと勝手に帰って｣って態度。
いやいやいや、道路出るまで頭下げられるような丁寧過ぎるお見送りはいらないけど、せめて待合室から外出るとこは｢ありがとうございました｣って言うんじゃないの！？
私は内容に満足してないけど、マナーとしてお礼を言いましたよ？対応したスタッフ以外にも2人いたのに、接客中でもなかったのに全員無視はあんまりです。
今年の車検はどうしようか悩んだけど、電話で車検の問い合わせ(部品交換代除いて基本料金はいくらくらいか)した時点で｢まず車両持ってきてください｣の一点張り。基本料金聞いてるんですけどって言っても｢車種によって変わってくるから｣しか言わないので、日本語も通じない、鼻で笑って馬鹿にした対応するお店にはもう二度とお願いしません。
もう少し自分がユーザーだったらどう感じるか、顧客ひとりひとりの立場になって考えてみてほしいです。

I'm not happy with the content, but did you thank me as a manner? Even though there were two people other than the staff who responded, we were not even waiting for customers, but we ignored all of them very much.
I was worried about what to do this year's vehicle inspection, but when I contacted the company for a vehicle inspection by telephone (how much is the basic fee except for the replacement of parts), I was asked to bring a vehicle first. I'm asking you for the basic price, but I'm only saying "it depends on the type of car", so I don't speak Japanese and I'm not asking you again for a laughing and ridiculous shop.
I want you to think about how you feel if you are a user from a customer's perspective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 専売ディーラー制度になった時から直ぐに出来たお店ですなぁ。国産車も値段が上がり、車並みの値段になり、ハイブリッド車や電動車の時代。
更に電子的制御満載となり、街のバイク屋さんではメーカー側も対応出来ないという事でしょうか？ 当然四輪ディーラー並みの接客対応して頂きましたよ。－☆は立地ですなぁ。R4線から下り側しか直では入れません。
あ！客層も私の様な爺に近い人多し！または、それなりの格好で決めた若者ですな(笑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイク免許取り立て初心者です、こちらのお店に限ったことではないのかもしれませんがお店を訪ねても店員さんは常連客と話をしており、全くのスルー。バイクを購入したくても相手にされません。別なお店も同様だったのでバイクディーラーさんとはそんなものなのかと思ってしまいます。バイクに乗る気が失せてきます。
