整備士の方々も駐車の際に駆けつけ、後方誘導をしてくださったり来訪内容を聞いてくださったり。
お店の皆さん全員が笑顔で対応してくださるので、安心して伺うことが出来るお店だと思いました。
Service is good.
The mechanics also rushed to the parking lot to guide us backwards and listen to our visits.
Everyone in the shop responds with a smile, so I thought it would be a safe place to visit.

当方が少々迷惑をかけてしまった瞬間もありましたが、強かで顧客に取って良質な印象を受けました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の挨拶までは良いが、オートテラスの他店でも気になる車があることを伝えた瞬間に相当やる気がない態度を取られ、気分が悪い。また下取車のナビ取り付けを確認したが、結果してくれなかった。若い、２５、６歳ぐらいの営業だった。営業って、あんなにやる気がなくなるんだ、と勉強になった。他の方は店長の人柄が、とあるが、良くない営業に当たったようだ。
It's good until the first greeting, but the moment I tell you that there is a car I'm interested in at other stores on the auto terrace, I feel very unmotivated and feel sick. I also confirmed that the trade-in car was installed with a navigation system, but it did not give a result. It was a young business, about 25 or 6 years old. I learned that sales are such a loss of motivation. The other person has the personality of the store manager, but it seems that he was in a bad business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんな最悪な対応のディーラーは初めてです。入金しても連絡無し、後付電装品が送っても連絡無し。おまけに装備していないと言っていたはずの前ユーザーが付けていたであろうバックカメラの接続ケーブルが箱に入っており、これには唖然としました。付いていたならすぐに連絡をするべきでしょう…購入しなくても良かったバックカメラと工賃が無駄銭になりました。こちらが気づかなければ何も言わない、これは明らかに隠蔽です。最後に一言、納車日にあんなに気分が悪くなったのは初めてです。一言の謝罪や気遣いが出来ない営業のいるお店でした。皆さんもお気をつけ下さい…
This is the first dealer with such a worst response. There is no contact even if the deposit is made, and no notification even if the retrofit electrical component is sent. In addition, the connection cable of the back camera which would have been attached by the previous user who was supposed not to be equipped was included in the box, which made it amazed. Should have been contacted immediately if it was ... ... The back camera and the wages which did not have to buy became waste money. I will not say anything unless I notice this, which is obviously concealment. Last but not least, it was the first time I felt so sick on the day of delivery. It was a shop with a sales apology and care that can not be a word. Please be careful also everyone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フィットハイブリッドを購入しました。営業の武⭕さんが担当でした。見積り書や、領収書の私の名字が間違っていたりしましたが、一生懸命さが伝わってきたので、契約する事にしました。店長がいましたが、横目で見られただけで、一度も挨拶に来ませんでした、まぁ中古の安い車なので、 仕方がないと諦めましたが、武⭕さんがいなければ、契約はしていません。
I bought a Fit Hybrid. Mr. Takeo of sales was in charge. My last name was wrong on the quote and the receipt, but I was told that I was working hard, so I decided to sign a contract. There was a store manager, but he was seen at the side and never came to say hello. Well, it was a used cheap car, so I gave up if there was no other choice but if I did not have Takeo, I had a contract not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは中古専門店ですが、新車の相談も可能です。すぐそばに、新車のディーラーもあるので試乗も出来ます。この店舗はこじんまりとしていて、特に駐車場は止めづらいです。が、そんな時はスタッフに任せれば大丈夫です。
