話を聞いても、説明・商談・笑顔無し。
どうやら、『接客対応』という言葉がこの会社には存在していないようです。
 I used to visit several times before, but no clerk came out.
There is no explanation, business talk or smile even if you listen to the story.
Apparently, it seems that the word "customer service" does not exist in this company.

車両の状態も画像、証明書も送っていただき、見積書内容も詳しく教えてもらいました。
実際現物も新車同然に近い美しさで大変満足してます。
良いお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社員が自社の製品の事に知識無さすぎ 購入しようと思ったが、こんな知識が無い社員が居る所で買うと後々不安なので違う店舗で購入する事にした。
接客態度も感じが悪い。社員教育が出来ていない。
Employees wanted to purchase too much knowledge of their products, but when buying employees who do not have such knowledge, they decided to purchase at a different store because they are uneasy later.
The attitude towards customer service is also bad feeling. Employee training is not available.
