でも、親身になって説明、情報提供をしてくれます。
知識はアップデートしているようで柔軟なアドバイスや新しい薬の情報をもらえました。
医師の処方に疑問、不満、不安を感じているなら質問すれば丁寧に回答してくれます。とても頼りになります。
店には夜間連絡先として携帯番号が貼られていました。今時では珍しい責任感だと思います。
医者や病院には、薬剤師は言われた通り薬を出してればいいんだよという態度のところは見受けらえます。坂井メンタルクリニックの受付にはそういわれて予約取らせてもらえませんでした。自分の知識で意見を言ってくれるほんだや薬局のような薬剤師がいる薬局に安心をします。薬が多い等評判の野村クリニックから来た患者にはどうしてるんだろう…と気になります。
