★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新都心の内科に通ってた頃お世話になりました。丁寧で、親切です。いつも局長指名で説明受けてますが、とにかく説明が分かりやすいです❗️薬の事で気になる事も、電話で何度か相談しましたが、優しく分かりやすく教えて頂きました。市販の頭痛薬を買うときのアドバイスもして頂きました。本当に感謝して居ます。また利用したいです☺️
I was taken care of when I was attending internal medicine in the new city center. Polite and kind. I always receive explanations by the director-general, but the explanations are easy to understand. ❗️ I talked over the phone several times about things that I was worried about about medicine, but they kindly taught me in an easy-to-understand manner. He also gave me some advice when buying over-the-counter headache medications. I am really grateful. I want to use it again ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きめの薬局だし1人しか待って居なかったからすぐ終わると思ったのに、25分以上待たされて急いでますと伝えても、ゆっくり薬局の専用アプリの説明されてイライラした。スタッフも何人もいるのに、なんであんなに遅いのか、忙しいと伝えても無視してどうでもいい説明されて、、初めて行きましたが二度と行かない。
It's a large pharmacy and I thought it would end soon because only one person was waiting, but even though I told him I was in a hurry after waiting for more than 25 minutes, I was frustrated by the explanation of the pharmacy's dedicated app. Even though there are many staff members, I was told why it was so late, even if I told him I was busy, I could ignore it and explained that it didn't matter. I went there for the first time, but never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬の種類は近隣の他の調剤薬局より多いよう。ただ、無茶苦茶待ちます。土曜の午前中など1.5〜2時間待ちを覚悟したほうがよい。待ち時間が長くなり体調が悪化しないようお気をつけて。あと日本調剤の専用のお薬手帳アプリをごり推しされます。お薬手帳アプリは他にもいくつもあるので、比較して自分に合うアプリをインストールすることをお勧めします。
There seem to be more types of medicines than other dispensing pharmacies in the neighborhood. However, I will wait unreasonably. You should be prepared to wait 1.5 to 2 hours, such as Saturday morning. Be careful not to get sick due to long waiting times. Also, I recommend the medicine notebook application dedicated to Nihon Chouzai. There are many other medicine notebook apps, so it is recommended that you compare them and install the one that suits you best.
