も	もじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二輪の免許を取得して、初めてバイクを購入しようと、店に行って話を聞きました。で後日、契約しようと日程を決めましたが、当日に他の用事が遅くなってしまい、閉店を10分位遅くなりそうなので、その事を連絡しましたが、かなり迷惑そうでした。でもどうにか待ってくれるとのことなので、店に向かいましたが、店の前の駐車スペースに車止めたら、チェーンはるから隣の駐車場に移動してくれと、言われました。店全体の雰囲気は、買ってくださいではなくて、欲しい人にうってあげるよという強気の感じでしたので、契約しないで帰りました。後日他の感じいいお店で購入しました。ホンダドリーム鴻巣店には、今後、行くことはないと思います I got a motorcycle license and went to the store to talk to buy a motorcycle for the first time. We also rented a test drive of Rebel250 and GB350 and a rental of Rebel250. Please note that you cannot park your motorcycle even if you come by car ?‍♂️ I parked my car in a coin parking lot near Kitakonosu Station and walked to the store. It is less than 20 minutes on foot from the parking lot to the shop.

寺	寺井幹男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイク購入のための現車調査のために来店。昨今の社会事情により車両は少なく、自分が求めていた車種を拝見することは出来ませんでした。これは仕方なし。購入への手続き等の相談ならびに車両の納期を伺いましたが、対応してくれた店員さんはパソコン作業に集中して、私の相談は顔を横に向けながらのやっつけながら接客でした。｢欲しければ売ってやるよ。納期かかるけどね。｣みたいな感じが透けて見えるようでした。バイク人気で、恐らくこの店も営業活動せずとも多くのバックオーダーを抱え、しばらくは黒字経営でしょう。ただ来店初見の対応が悪かったので、少なくとも鴻巣店での契約はないと思います。気持ちとしては、評価の星を1個も付けたくないレベルでした。 Visited to investigate the current car for purchasing a motorcycle. K	Kiyoshi Suzuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何しろ待たされます。新車購入に伺うと応対していただくまでに３０分、途中で担当者は変わるは電話応対に抜けるはで、午後２時から交渉は午後６時の閉店までで結局時間切れ。値引きは一切なしとのこと。オプションとか工賃とかも値引きは出来ませんか？と聞いたところ工賃を値引きしたらサービス担当の給料払えないと逆切れ！コロナ過でバイクが売れて忙しいのは分かりますが、いかがな対応かと思います。対応の良かった他のドリーム店で値引きしていただいて購入することにいたしました。整備の方の対応と技術は良かったですので☆一つ上げます。 I have to wait anyway.
