事前に見積もり依頼しているのに、見積もりが出てこず、カタログだけ出して、早く帰れ！という態度が出てきている。
次は行きたくない店舗。

試乗から車の細かい説明までしてもらいましたが、基本的に売る気が無いのか？こちらが質問しないと答えない事にちょっと違和感を感じました。
まあ、始めて行ったお店なので仕方ないのかもしれませんけど・・・

家から近いので修理、点検は基本的にここにお願いしています。
今まで5回も行ったことありませんが、嫌な思いをしたことはありません(^^)
挨拶も笑顔、すぐに対応してくれて、いちいちとても丁寧。
今回は警告灯のことでお伺いしたのですが
受け付けてくれた方、整備士さん、すごく丁寧でした。
整備士さんに関しては、営業時間を過ぎても一生懸命説明してくださり、嫌な顔1つせず、最後まできちんと対応してくださいました。
また今後もお世話になりたいと思います。
I bought Nbox / with a new car though it is not a store here.
Since it is near my house, I basically ask for repairs and inspections here.
I've never been there five times, but I've never had a bad time (^^)
