★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後輪の車軸が曲がるほどの追突事故をされて、動かなくなりました。お店の店長様がとても親切に対応していただき、車の搬送から修理まで違うメーカーの車だったのですがとてもきれいに直していただき、そこは問題ありませんでしたが、クーラーがぶつかる前まで動いていたのに修理後は動かなくなっていました。
店長様の判断はクーラーを作動させ音を聞いただけで判断しました。ボンネットを開けてみる事もなく、因果関係なしと決めつけましたが、どう見てもその直前まで動いていたものが事故後動かなくなったのを因果関係なしと判断されたのは腑に落ちません。
今の車の後に真剣にHONDAの車を考えていたのですが、今は白紙にしました。
不信感を持ったので多分候補から除外されると思います。
残念ですが、一つの判断でHONDAの売り上げが一台分落ちるかもしれないという事も考え、もっと慎重に見て欲しかったです。
星一つは奇麗に直していただいたせめてもの気持ちです。
関東育ちの人間はシビアなので、これからより一層の対応を促します。
I had a rear-end collision that caused the axles of the rear wheels to bend, and I got stuck. The manager of the shop responded very kindly, and the car was made by a different manufacturer from transportation to repair, but it was repaired very cleanly, and there was no problem, but it was working until the cooler hit. However, it stopped working after the repair.
The store manager made the decision just by operating the cooler and listening to the sound. I decided that there was no causal relationship without opening the hood, but I can't help but think that it was judged that there was no causal relationship because what was moving until just before that did not move after the accident. Hmm.
I was seriously thinking about a HONDA car after the current car, but now I have left it blank.
I was distrustful, so I think I will probably be excluded from the candidates.
It's a pity, but I wanted you to look more carefully, considering that one judgment may reduce the sales of HONDA by one.
One star is at least a feeling that you have fixed it neatly.
People raised in the Kanto region are severe, so we will encourage further support in the future.
