There is a repair shop in the back of Shizuka's shop. The customer service was slow.

着くより早く笑顔で迎えて下さりうれしかったです。
玄関には綺麗な寄植えもされて和みました。
お店の中には新車がピカピカ、つい気持ちが入ってしまいます。親切に車の特徴説明してくださり参考になりました。帰りは勿論お見送り。安全確認もしっかりしてもらい、気持ち良く帰ってくる事が出来ました。ありがとうございます。あ、整備の方にも感謝です。

I was glad that you welcomed me with a smile earlier than I arrived.
A beautiful planting was also done at the entrance and it was softened.
The new car is shiny in the shop, and I feel like it. It was helpful for me to kindly explain the features of the car. Of course, I will see you off on your way home. I was able to get a good safety check and come home comfortably. Thank you very much. Oh, thank you to the maintenance staff.

There was a strange noise from the air conditioner fan during the trip, so I stopped by without a reservation, but it was very helpful to have a kind response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ippei Sasaki, the owner of this Honda dealer, is a genuinely great man who is more than willing to work with expats. I rented my car from him when I first arrived in this country and have stay with them ever since--even though I live a good deal away in Akita City.
Definitely worth traveling to make use of his services, especially if you're an expat.
