岡	岡部 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前にエーケーホームさんで家を建てた者ですが、劣化もなく快適に過ごしています。会社の対応はすごく良いのですが、会社の名前を使って営業してくる悪徳業者がいます。先日「アイジーコンサルティング」という白アリ防蟻会社が「エーケーホームさんから防蟻工事を行って欲しいという依頼があったので防蟻工事をさせて頂きます」「費用は○十万円になります」と家に来ました。 ※相場の倍以上の値段で明らかに高い承諾のサインをしてしまったのですが、不審に思ったのでエーケーホームさんに確認した所、そんな依頼はしていませんとかなりびっくりされていました。どうやら勝手に会社名を使って営業している模様。同じ時期にエーケーホームさんで家を建てた友人がいたので連絡してみると、やはり同じ手口。言われるがままお金を払ってしまったそうです。私はキャンセルを連絡し引っ掛からずにすみましたが、「アイジーコンサルティング」という会社は、会社の名前を使って相場の倍以上の値段を請求する悪徳会社です。エーケーホームさんからの依頼で〜と連絡が来たら、注意したほうがいいですよ！という事で星4つ。 A person who built a house with Mr. Akhome several years ago, but spends comfortably without deterioration.
