★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アポイント無しで新車を探しに行ったのにとても優しく対応して頂きました。購入後のメンテナンスも仕事後で遅くになってしまう事が多いですが、閉店時間を過ぎても対応してもらい、とても心強く思ってます。
 I went looking for a new car without an appointment, but they responded very kindly. Maintenance after purchase is often delayed after work, but I am very reassured that they will take care of it even after the closing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤがパンクしてしまい困っていたところ、車の購入時にJAFをお勧めして頂き加入していたのですぐに対応して頂けました。結局はタイヤ交換が必要になってしまいましたが安心の為に良かったと思ってます。お休みにもかかわらず納車していただきありがとうございました。
When I was in trouble because the tires were flat, I recommended JAF when I bought the car, so I was able to respond immediately. After all, I had to change the tires, but I think it was good for peace of mind. Thank you for delivering the car despite the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定期点検時、猛暑とコロナの最中、広々とした清潔な店内で涼しく快適な待ち時間でした。対応もスムーズで安心できました。お茶のペットボトルのサービスも有り難かったです。
During the regular inspection, during the heat wave and corona, it was a cool and comfortable waiting time in a spacious and clean store. The response was smooth and I was relieved. The service of plastic bottles of tea was also appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検前見積りでお伺いさせて頂きました。当日の予約を受けていただき基本的に丁寧な対応を頂いて感謝してます。評価のポイントは、車に関して困っていることをお話した際に、『それはそうしう仕様です』『対策を試してみることはできるが効果があるかはわからない』『メーカー情報は今日は見てないが確認したほうがいいですか？』と、出来ないことを前提に無理を要求してる顧客と思われていた点でした。（評価を見て頂いてるようでしたので、コメント追加させていただきました）

The point of evaluation is, when I talked about problems with cars, "It's a specification that does so" "I can try countermeasures but I do not know if it will be effective" "Look at the manufacturer information today No, but should I check? It was a point that was thought to be a customer who demanded unreasonableness on the premise that it could not be done. (It seemed that you were looking at the evaluation, so I added a comment)

予定の時間を15分ほど過ぎての到着となってしまいましたが、気持ちよくご対応いただきました。車の状況も細かく聴いていただき、適切な対処をしていただきました。次回の訪問は車検の時期ですが、ここでお願いしたいと思っています。
I visited for regular inspection.
We arrived about 15 minutes after the scheduled time, but we were able to respond to you comfortably. We also listened closely to the car situation and took appropriate measures. The next visit is the time of vehicle inspection, but I would like to ask here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コルトンプラザ内にある市川鬼高店の仮店舗です。鬼高店は建替え中で、完成は2022年の秋ごろの予定だそうです。さすがに点検などは別のディーラーに振り分けられています。
早く新店舗が完成するのが待ち遠しいです。
It is a temporary store of Ichikawa Onitaka store in Colton Plaza. The Onitaka store is being rebuilt and is scheduled to be completed around the fall of 2022. As expected, inspections etc. are distributed to different dealers.
I can't wait for the new store to be completed soon.

元のホンダベルノだけあってキッチリしたサービスを受ける事が出来ると思います。
別のディーラーでホンダの車を購入しこの店舗でサービスを受けた後は対応が良かった為、ずっと利用しております。
その後もこのディーラーで2台購入していますが安心して付き合っております?
ホンダの車をお持ちでしたらオススメです?

I think that you can receive a tight service because there is only the original Honda Verno.
After purchasing a Honda car from another dealer and receiving service at this store, the response was good, so I have been using it for a long time.
