サービスの方はちゃんとしているのですが、担当の営業マンが最悪です。
毎回聞きたくもないクルマの買い替えの話で、営業だから分かるけどたとえば車検で来てたら、それは買い替えの意志はないと言うこと。意思がないと分かるとこちらがお願いしたことはサービスに伝えていないなど、たまたまではなくこれも毎回です。
これでは買い替えの意志があってもこの営業マンからは買いませんよね
この方はズッとこの営業所にいらして、早く転勤しないかなって思ってたりしてます。
あっ、サービスの方は全く問題ありません。
