★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保証修理の件で電話をしましたが、たらい回しにされた挙句、修理をしたくないのか対応が最悪でした。
全店舗でこういった対応はされないと信じたいですが、今後HONDAの車を買うのはやめようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内の喫煙コーナーは撤去されて、屋外になりました。
営業、事務の方々は皆さん対応が良く、小さい子供を遊ばせるスペースもあるので、それほど待ち時間も苦になりません。
技術者の方々は、とても丁寧な方と、そうでない方の差が激しい印象です。
ただ、悪気があってつっけんどんな言い方をしているわけでは無いようなので、聞けば丁寧に教えて頂けます。
もしかしたら整備の細かい説明に興味が無い人が多い為に敢えて雑な説明にしてらっしゃるのかもしれません。
最近工場長が変わったかも？

予約を担当した営業が車を持ってきますと言っていなくなって20分、車を探したが手違いで店舗にありませんと言われました。
では帰ると言うと驚かれましたが、予約した車の準備も出来ない店舗で600万の買い物をすると思っているのでしょうか。
時間をずらして予約していたトヨタとの差に驚きます。
ホンダとトヨタの差ではなく、恐らく店舗の差だとは思いますが、ホンダで新車を買う選択肢は無くなりました。
