★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年お世話になっているディーラーです。予約して行くのだから当たり前かも知れないけど、車から降りると「〇〇様いらっしゃいませ」と迎えに出てきてくれます。ちゃんと名前まで言ってくれると、気分が良いものです。
私は車は「見た目❗️」派なので、エンジンルームの事とかはまるでダメ(笑)任せっきりですが、サービスの人達も親切で助かります。売って終わりじゃない姿勢が良いと思います。
It is a dealer who has been indebted for many years. It may be natural because I make a reservation, but when I get out of the car, he will come to pick me up saying "Welcome to XX". It feels good to say the name properly.
I'm a car "looks ❗️", so it's totally useless (laughs) about the engine room, but the service people are kind and helpful. I think it's good to have an attitude that doesn't end with selling.

車のことや保険のことなど丁寧に説明していただき、気持ちよく購入に至ることができました。
今後、安心してお付き合いが続けられそうです。
