きっかけは転勤で、他県でお世話になっていたホンダ店からの紹介です。ホンダ独自の調査があるらしく、お客様満足度の高いお店でと希望を出しましたが納得です。 前のホンダディーラーでは点検などを私に任せっきりだった家内が「きれいで接客も良い」と自分で持っていってくれるようになりました。 担当の方も若いですが好感が持て、最近乗り替えのお話も決めさせてもらいました。ホンダ車は昔から好きでしたが、こちらのお店もファンになりました。次のイベントも楽しみにしています!

ここの店舗は系列支店無しの1店舗しか無い独立した販売店です。ホンダ正規ディーラーでは有りますが、店舗休日が他の系列ディーラーに無い月の第2と3の火曜が休みの連休になっています。 もし納車日がこの他系列に無い店舗休暇と重なった場合どうするのがベストだと思いますか? 契約条件は下記の通りです。 契約日から納車日はほぼ販売側の都合で2か月半が経過。 契約金もほぼ販売店側の言い値。 契約金は1ヶ月以上前に全額入金 やっとこちら休み調整がとれてグクってホンダカーズの店舗休暇日を調べ水曜日と出たので、前日の火曜日を納車日と決め入金して連絡待ちして話して、納車日を伝えると営業担当者が笑いながら「ははは~その日は休みです~」心が折れました。 独立店ならではののんびり感がなんとも受け入れ難い··· 追記しておくと。 契約内容に下取り額を入れた場合7万円だったのが中古車専門店に売ると15万円になった 車体本体からの値引きはほぼする気が無い。 ネットでの情報であるが3万円から12万円の値引き幅が有るにも関わらず値引きは2.8万円。 契約進行中の営業担当者のトーク内容が言い訳がましく、機転のきく対応が出来ない。 価格交渉のよちが無い。 納車日の重要性の欠落。 店長のアポ無し訪問と名刺ひとつも置いて帰らない、無神経さ。 ただ救いが、全額入金の契約の解約申込みを素直に受け入れてもらい、1日遅れの全額返金の契約解除に応じてくれたので評価を3と訂正します。 追記ですが、 他メーカーの同種車種の値引きは、飛び込みにも関わらず2回目の来店で、オプション全額に近い9万円の値引きとなり、他系列同メーカーの同一車種に至っては、これも2回の来店で、オプション9万円と本体3万円の合計12万円の値引き。これはほぼインターネット情報の上限回答でした。 さらに納車まで2ヶ月ちょいかかりそうなので、1ヵ月以上の代車の貸し出しを申し出てくれました。 また営業担当者も感じが良く、上手いこと駆け引きに応じてくれました。 新車契約に関して、他のサービスを受けながらの半年間の契約交渉でしたが残念ながらご縁がなかったと言うことで、恨みっこ無しでお願いします。
