★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年の春頃にオートウェイで購入したタイヤをこちらの店舗が取り付け店に指定されていたので交換をお願いしました
エアーバルブ無料交換サービスを実施されておられるとの事でお願いしたのですが四輪とも無交換でした
請求書には無交換の部品をあたかも交換したかの様に態々赤字で「サービス」とまで記載されていました
安全に係わる部品なので交換しないなら客を期待させる様な事はやめてほしい
悪意すら感じました
This store was designated as an installation store for tires purchased at AUTOWAY around this spring, so I asked for a replacement.
I asked for a free air valve replacement service, but all four wheels were not replaced.
The invoice even stated "service" in red as if the non-replaceable parts had been replaced.
It's a safety-related part, so if you don't replace it, don't expect customers.
I even felt malicious
