★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年前にナビゲーションの更新について聞きたくて来店。店内暗い上、なかなかスタッフさん来てくれなくて、飲み物も出していただけなかった。
立地も入りにくい場所にあるし、居心地よくない感じのディーラーさんです。
I came to the store two years ago to hear about navigation updates. The store was dark and the staff didn't quite come and couldn't serve drinks.
The location is difficult to enter and the dealer feels uncomfortable.

お見積だけでしたが２度と来店したくないし、こちらでは絶対に購入しない。
数日前に赤ちゃん連れで来店したい希望を伝えると、迎えに行くと提案いただいたが、当日チャイルドシートが準備できないので、自宅で紹介したいと連絡があり、断ると、なんとかするとのこと。着けてきたチャイルドシートは簡易であり0歳児を乗せるものでは恐らくなかった。
乗せてしまったことに自己嫌悪を感じる。
名義を女性にすると言うと、クレジットが組めないというのは、女性は働いていないとの偏見からの発言と思われる。２度と来店したくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店側の対応も丁寧で、ディーラーだけあって色々詳しい。新車購入時にやたらとカーコーティング勧めてくるし、残価設定型クレジット推してくるけど、保証内容と金利を考えると余り魅力は感じない。新車購入時のカーコーティングは大事だと思うけど、もっと安いキーパーさんに依頼して頻回にコーティングした方が綺麗に保てると思う。

When I buy a new car, I recommend car coating, and I recommend residual value setting type credit, but considering the guarantee contents and interest rates, I do not feel that it is very attractive. I think it's important to coat the car when you buy a new car, but I think it's better to ask a cheaper keeper to coat it frequently.

Although the parking lot is small, the inside of the store is large and there is a kids corner, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで新車買いました。車両販売に対する対応は良いですが、他のホンダでも購入経験があるので普通と言えば普通。ただ保険介入がしつこい。以前から加入している保険と比べてディーラーでは加入しないことにしたが、いざそれを伝えると〇〇はやめた方がいい、〇〇にしたほうがいい、などイチャモン？なのか自社取り扱い保険に入らないことに対してのデメリットばかりあげてくる。ホンダ車は好きですが、次はこの店舗では買わない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年7月に一般の中古車販売店で購入したオデッセイHVでお世話になっています。購入した車がHVだったので、ディーラーに見てもらいたく最寄りの名谷店にて色々として頂いています。
こちからの要望は勿論してくれますが、取替＆施工の提案も積極的に行ってくれるのでユーザーからすれば大変助かります。
人それぞれの価値観で評価に違いが出るのは理解していますが、個人的にはやっぱり頼りになります。
I am indebted to the Odyssey HV purchased at a general used car dealer in July 2021. The car I bought was an HV, so I'd like to see the dealer at the nearest Naya store.
Of course, we will make requests from here, but it will be very helpful for users as they will actively propose replacement and construction.
I understand that each person's sense of values makes a difference in evaluation, but I personally can rely on it.
